Jon:
Plastic…..paper…..clear glass…..

Nick:
What are you up to?
何してるんだい？
Jon:
Just sorting out the garbage for collection tomorrow.
明日の収集のためにゴミの分別だよ。
Nick:
Can I give you a hand?
手伝おうか？
Jon:
Could you? I can’t figure out what goes where. It just seems more trouble than it’s worth.
そうしてくれる？ 何がどのゴミなのか分からなくてね。 苦労のわりにはあまり意味が無い様に思えるよ。
Nick:
I know what you mean, but we all have to do our bit for the environment.
分かるよ。 でも、みんな環境のために出来る範囲で貢献しなきゃな。
Jon:
Well, since you put it that way, we just have to ‘get green’ with our garbage. Plastic…..PET…..Colored glass…..
そういう風に言うなら、ゴミ問題で環境保護に努めなきゃね。 プラスティック… ペットボトル… 色のついたガラス
