岡山の映画館で、二ックとカズコはダニエルにばったり出会って驚いています。
Daniel:
Hey, bit of a coincidence bumping into you and Kazuko the other day at the movies in Okayama City.
この前、岡山の映画館でばったりでくわしたのは、 ちょっとした偶然だったね。
Nick:
Sure was, but that wasn’t the half of it. After we ran into you and Arisa, we came across a couple of other old friends from Tsuyama I haven’t seen in donkey’s years, a school chum of Kazuko’s, and two students from the school. What are the odds?
本当にそうだね。 でも、それだけじゃないんだよ。 君とアリサと偶然会ってから、津山の長いこと会ってなかった友達2人とばったり会って、その上、カズコの学生時代の友達と、それからまたスクールの生徒さん2人にも鉢合わせしたんだよ。 そんなことってある？
